Refund Policy for Streamlinegiant

At Streamlinegiant, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience. To ensure our service meets your expectations, we recommend utilizing our trial offer before making a purchase.

Refund Conditions:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Within 30 Days: We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds will be processed for purchases made within this period.
  2. Issues from Our End: If there is an issue from our end that cannot be resolved within 72 hours, we will offer a full refund or address the problem promptly.

Refund Exclusions:

Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Channel Line-up Dislike: Refunds will not be granted if the customer does not like the channel line-up.
  2. Switching to Another Service: No refunds will be given if the customer finds another service.
  3. Refusal to Apply Solutions: If the customer refuses to apply the solutions provided for any issues, refunds will not be processed.
  4. App Selection Responsibility: Our service is to provide customers with playlists. It is the customer’s duty to find a suitable app to run the server and M3U playlist. We provide a guide to make it easy for customers to find the best options, but these are not our apps, and we do not control their fees for the paid ones. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose, and we will not refund the customer if they cannot find a free app.
  5. Non-Refundable Trial: The 24-hour trial is not refundable.
  6. Partial Refunds for Trials: If the customer has utilized a 24-hour trial before purchasing the subscription and then requests a refund, they will be refunded 50% of the amount.
  7. Failure to Allow 72 Hours for Issue Resolution: If the customer requests a refund without allowing us 72 hours to resolve the issue, they will be refunded 50% of the amount.

Refund Fees:

Please note that refund processing fees will apply. These fees cover administrative costs and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are generally processed within 20 to 31 working days for credit card payments. However, in some cases, it may take up to 90 days due to processing times determined by payment providers. Streamlinegiant is not responsible for these processing times.

Channel Issues:

If some channels experience freezing, buffering, or intermittent issues, our expert engineers are continuously working to resolve them. Temporary issues may arise due to reasons such as internet fluctuations, box/app/customer setup problems, ISP issues, server downtime, or routine updates/restarts.

Compensation for Extended Downtime:

If a user cannot access their IPTV subscription plan for 72 hours or more due to server issues or problems caused by us, we will either:

  1. Provide a full refund of the package price, or
  2. Add the lost time on top of the subscription for free. Additionally, we may offer extra bonuses, which can be negotiated upon contact.
